Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated using our shipping calculator at checkout. This ensures customers are charged only the actual costs incurred for delivery via the selected shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are determined based on:
• Delivery address
• Total order weight
• Selected shipping method
All government duties, customs charges, and taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
Our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post. However, if a faster or more suitable delivery option is available, Engage Athletic reserves the right to use an alternative shipping carrier to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Shipping & Production Timeframes
Production Time:
• Made-to-order garments: Production typically takes 4–6 weeks.
• Stock products: Dispatched within 8 business days.
Production time relates to manufacturing only and does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time:
Once an order is ready for dispatch, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping method refers to delivery speed only, not order preparation speed.
